We are a very experienced Commercial Property team acting for retailers, investors, developers and other corporate bodies handling acquisitions, disposals, leasing, management and development of commercial property.
Our preference is to have a small number of key clients which whom we have a very close relationship. In so doing we are able to devote sufficient time and resource to each of our key clients ensuring that we are proactive in leading deals rather than reactive to other advisers and their timescales.
