Boutique law firm Heatons LLP has advised Aurora Fashions on changes to its organisational structure which will result in the high profile Karen Millen group being established as a separate legal entity.

 

The team at Heatons was led by managing partner Matt Fleetwood, partner Jim Truscott and associates Anoushka Nanji and Lisa Bridgwood.

 

“This was a major transaction and our role extended far beyond the scope of traditional legal advice,” said Matt Fleetwood.

 

“We took a hands on project management role, liaising both in the UK and internationally to help Aurora achieve its objectives.”

 

Karen Millen operates in 40 countries around the world and employs 1800 people, with global sales of circa £250 million.
