Supply and installation of furniture for Hill Dickinson’s new eco-friendly 18,000 sq ft workspace in Manchester’s first net zero carbon building.

We are proud to have contributed the furniture supply for Hill Dickinson’s transformational new workspace at No. 1 St Michael's. This is Manchester’s first fully net zero carbon development, targeting a NABERS 5-star rating and a BREEAM Outstanding status.

Taking the top floor of this landmark development, the new 18,000 sq ft office offers panoramic views and a private rooftop terrace—with a high-quality fit out and select furniture procurement, built around the needs of its people.

The fit out and furniture supply also pursues SKA Gold, reflecting Hill Dickinson’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
