ISO 9001:2015
Quality Management System (QMS)
Heatons have been awarded ISO 9001:2015 which is internationally recognised as the world’s leading quality management standard.
The award demonstrates our ability to meet both statutory and regulatory requirements relating to our products, whilst achieving excellence in our customer service and delivery.
ISO 14001:2015
Environmental Management System (EMS)
Heatons have been awarded ISO 14001:2015 which is a systematic framework to manage the immediate and long term environmental impacts of an organisation’s products, services and processes.
The award certifies that our working practices meet international industry specific environmental standards.

International Occupational Health & Safety Management
Heatons have been awarded ISO 45001 : 2018 the International Occupational Health and Safety Management standard.
This award demonstrates our commitment to control and manage health and safety risks and to provide a safer working environment for our employees.

Heatons have been awarded the cyber essentials certificate of assurance.
This award demonstrates that our organisations ICT defences were assessed as satisfactory against commodity based cyber attack.

We have recently been awarded platinum status in all 5 areas of the Weaver Social Sustainability Programme in partnership with independent sustainability consultancy, Derka.
We were delighted to be awarded the standard in all areas of the programme and are working towards further improvements next year and beyond.
