When James Walker approached Heatons and told us they were after a brand-new uniform for all their entire workforce, we had the mammoth task supplying over 400 staff with up to 11 individual pieces of workwear each.
Taking place over 4 days, the launch event saw hundreds of staff members engaging with the new uniform options, trying on garments, and placing their orders with confidence.
When the project began, we aimed for a 65% uptake in uniform orders from their staff. Following the event, the figure was actually closer to 95%.
